New D-Link 2640S
Hi I got a new Sky Router after my old Netgear DG 834GT starting loosing it's internal settings and keeps dropping it's connecting after locking up, after 3 calls to sky trying to get them to replace it, I eventually said can I just buy one and the guy said oh yea of course.
So I got this D-Link 2406S but now I'm reading here about this new N router coming, have I just been dumped with an old router? should I send this back and wait for a new one to be released? I have a few new Mac Laptops and Apple TV so an N router would be great.
I dunno if this D-Link is, the guy told me he was sending a new N router.

Re: New D-Link 2640S
The D-Link will not be wireless N. If they are charging you for it, send it back and tell them you will wait for the new N router. It costs about £7 more but is probably worth it. The alternative is to buy your own router, which is against the T & Cs, but many do it.
