router has no dns or ip address
I've been with sky for about a month, not a single issue.
Suddenly I have no internet.
In Its status it says..
Modem status: connected
Speed: 7007 kbps
ADSL port..
Ip address: blank
Network type: MER/PPPoA
Ip mask: blank
Gateway: blank
Dns server: blank
If I do a test I get..
Report status 2
dsl line is OK
No Ip address received from dhcp.
Pretty clear what the Issue Is, but how do I fix it?
Have done a full reset holding the small button, checked the line etc.
Been like it for hours now.
Thought I'd try here before calling sky.

You have a solid amber '@' light on the router?

Solid red light.
Good news, it turns out our exchange is down and BT Openreach are working on it. Hopefully it will be back soon!
