      Poor Wireless Signal With DSL-2640S

      Hey Everybody.

Looking for some suggestions for boosting the wireless signal within the house. Sky router seems to have an awful connection to the room next door, let alone the rooms upstairs.

      Conenction keeps dropping.

Sky have recommended using the router just as a modem and connecting another router in order to utilise the wireless. But failed to explain how we manage to do this.

Not the best advert for Sky when their own engineers are telling you to utilise 3rd party routers. Anyway - any help would be greatly appreciated.

      Thanks

Take a look at this thread:

The 2nd router can be located where ever you choose, provided it is connected to the Sky router either by an Ethernet cable or a pair of HomePlugs.
