Port Forwarding on D-Link DSL-2640S
Hi,
I have a D-Link DSL-2640S and have setup port forwarding for some wireless camera's I have. When I first set this up everything worked ok for a while and I could access the camera's remotely however after a few hours this stopped working (the port is showing as closed) without any changes on the router. When I reboot the router the port forwarding works for a while but then stops working again after a few hours.
Anyone seen this on the D-Link DSL-2640S before?
Cheers,
Kev

Are you port forwarding using UPnP?
Usually this will open and close ports when required.Links Router Stats Useful Tutorials Speed Test Check For Test Socket Repetitive Electrical Impulse Noise

Yes using UPnP but the ports are always open and showing in the UPnP Portmap Table. Also both my previous routers did this fine.
