      hi

ive had 3 different routers and 3 times ive had to collect them from post office, no cards left when they supposed to deliver, next day the postie left card saying where it was getting held but on 3rd occasion i didnt wait and just phoned depot and went and collected.

      regards

You could try calling Sky and asking for the tracking number so that you can see were it is for yourself.

Take this up with both the Royal Mail by writing a formal letter of complaint and writing to Sky to notify them of the issue. Their 'usual' method of compensation is to send you a bundle of free stamps, but it will also highlight any issues at a local office.

Hopefully Sky will stop using them if there are too many.

Probably not as there are not a large amount of issues generally.

Chances are that they are cheap as well.

Word going around is that there are no routers in stock at all at the moment, and the next batch will be next week.
