Does the DG934 need custom firmware for WOL?
Wake on lan works just fine using my Draytek Vigor 2800 router but it doesn't seem to work on the Sky router. Do I need custom firmware to get this to work properly?

This actually worked a couple minutes after shutting down my computer but when I tried a few hours later it failed to start my computer, so the original question still remains.

Re: Does the DG934 need custom firmware for WOL?
I don't actually have the answer to this, but as I came across this in my search for the answer I thought I'd post how I got around this problem.
Coincidently a few days ago I added an old bt wireless router to my home network so that I could use wireless upstairs - which was a cold spot. I've had a few old routers hanging around - I'm sure a lot of people do.
Anyhow I'm now port forwarding my WOL signal from my dg934 to my old BT voyager which I also leave on permanently which is then sending a WOL broadcast by port-forwarding to 192.168.0.255.
So this old bit of junk is now doing 2 pretty invaluable jobs. Might be of help to someone.

Re: Does the DG934 need custom firmware for WOL?
I have a Draytek Vigor which if I use instead of the Sagem works great with wake on lan. The Sagem now gives me faster connection speeds so I would prefer to use that.
Mine is a simple connection. RJ11 to Router, the Cat5e cable from router to PC.
I presume this way would work if I get a wireless adapter for my PC and then connect to the Sagem via the Draytek?
