So the router will be next to the master socket and you'll use a long ethernet cable between the router and the PC (and you still need phone extensions)? In that case, you don't need a filtering faceplate - a standard splitter will do. Or have I misunderstood again?IQ album "Dark Matter" artwork reproduced with permission. LOL your not getting this at all are you, I've drawn a diagram of what I plan to do just for you
Compare this to the previous diagram and the Ethernet cable takes the place of the telephone extension.
EDIT I know there is no filter connected here just couldn't be bothered to draw one. Paint is not the best interface to work with!!

I think I'm slowly getting it. What you've drawn will work no probs. But... what I was driving at (badly) is that in your diagram it doesn't matter whether you split the signal using a "plug in" filter (as supplied by Sky) or a filtering face plate. So, if you don't have a load of telephone extensions around your pad, you'd be OK with the plain old filter provided by Sky. (OK, the plug in ones from ADSL Nation are better, but that's another story!)
