      Just looked now it's not in my offers but could have been and gone as I now have it... is it worth a phone call do you think as I'm a diamond vip been with sky around 22 years unbroken

      You could try but as you were made aware of and accepted the admin fee so short of threatening to cancel (assuming you were not already tied into a contract) you may be out of luck.

      Still had 6 months left on current contract.... but was not made aware at time that if I upgraded online I would not pay admin fee. So was not given all the facts regarding admin fee...

      At end of day it's only a month of netfix that I would of paid anyway

      I just reconnected today, was only 13 months into my current Boxsets 38 deal.
      Moved to the new Sky entertainment and the Ultimate On Demand and am saving myself 4.50 a month.
      Kept my ongoing Sky Sports discounts.

      For the admin fee mentioned in above posts, when they mention the 10 admin fee (applied as you are re-contracting half way through a contract), just say no to it and it is removed.
