    This is a discussion on Pin code within the Sky Q forums, part of the Other Sky help and support category; Does skyq come with a set pincode. Tried 0000 no joy....

      Does skyq come with a set pincode. Tried 0000 no joy.

      It will either be the same pin code as you had before, its transferred over, a its held at account level.
      Or it will be the last 4 digits on your sky card

      Mine was the last 4 digits of the new viewing card, the old one didn't go across.

      As did mine I discovered after inputting the last 4 numbers of the new card 3 times and getting locked out. In desperation I inputted the old pin from my previous card and it worked! Weird as I thought it was stored on the card so how did Sky know what it was?
