Re: Sky to offer a customer loyalty programme
Hello All
I really Hope that lettice is correct & there is to be More Offers for Long Time
customers to enjoy I am sure this would be most welcome by All..........
Regarding the android platform, Samsung will not offer any further updates to
the S3 although I understand this is possible....? There is One Good Reason **Money**
by not allowing any more updates they can introduce New Super Model's all singing & dancing
and convince people they Must Have One....!!
I maybe a Dinosaur but I can think of a lot better things to spend £600 quid on than a phone.
Just a Thought..............'Off to Cut the Grass' Well Done The Lions....

Re: Sky to offer a customer loyalty programme
Hello All
As I have mentioned before in this thread I have an Android 4.3 so unable to load the ' New App'
and as I have No Intention' of replacing a perfectly good phone will this mean that I will never
be able to sign up for Sky VIP rewards despite being a 20yr subscriber, Surely there must be
thousands of Customers who for whatever reason do not own a Smart Phone or Tablet but still
be loyal Longtime Customers who might enjoy any rewards on offer...!!!!!
it cannot be beyond a company like Sky to add a Link on the homepage like 'My Sky' for instance
Otherwise, That could be considered discrimination & also upset an awful lot of Customers.
Just a Thought..............Nice Sunshine at Gatwick.............!!!!!

Re: Sky to offer a customer loyalty programme
You'll be a Black Star customer. Your loyalty offer will be:
- a free DVD worth 13.99 from the sky store
- free basic sky Q install
- the chance to get free audience tickets
- 2 tickets to a sporting event
Didn't really blow me away.

Re: Sky to offer a customer loyalty programme
Hello All
I think in answer to reddwarfcrew & speedrite reply's I will not get too excited regarding My possible 'Black Star Status'
I already have quite a collection of DVD's that only get looked at occasionally already So I would have problems finding
one to select from the store. As for SkyQ install Free that may be useful sometime in the future but not Now.
disappointed but not surprised that No mention of Discounted subscriptions for BB /Sports/Film etc based on Years.
But 'Hell what you have never had you won't Miss' RIGHT..............
Just a Thought.................

Re: Sky to offer a customer loyalty programme
Platinum VIP member here as I'm just coming up to 10 years service here with Sky TV.
I really really cannot see Sky discounting subs any further though for VIP members, especially when it's relatively easy for anyone to get special offers/discounts now anyway.
I also got the SkyAtlanticVIP HD channel added as well here (EPG channel 995) but there's nothing on it yet?
