it never gave a speed, just that you could order it?

you can order it but you can also get a speed test...http://www.sky.com/portal/site/skycom/broadband/home
just enter your phone number then just below it will say something like...please note: blah blah (speed)
edit: changed their site again, can no longer get the speed test so there must have been something wrong!

The availability checker seems to work fine, but when I sign in to add broadband to my account I get a "Sorry" error message saying I can't upgrade on-line at the moment.
