      As long as she doesn't connect to on-demand then she will still qualify for an adaptor (while stocks last).

      Is the "not connect to on demand" a "not connect via ethernet/wifi" or not use it via the dish ?

      Basically if the STB is connected to the Internet then she won't qualify for the free WiFi adaptor.
