If you registered for Sky BB more than 3 weeks ago
If you registered more than three weeks ago, you would probably be better re-registering, unless you have had an email as Sky are not 100% convinced the pre-reg forms worked fully to start with.
Make sure you put in your sky account number and click on the 'select' link in the website (even if it tells you that you can't get base/mid/max, this just ensures the registration goes through.Last edited by NewsreadeR; 22-08-06 at 06:48 PM.

registered on the day of launch back in july keep getting an email one every two weeks to say its coming but have'nt heard anything else, bit sick of waiting really generated my 3rd mac key today, can only get sky connect anyhow but was'nt bothered as it's still cheaper than I'm paying plusnet, so looks like I may have to go for a monthly contract with someone else untill sky get here in my area, whitby north yorkshire, bad news for sky and me really, T

Suspect not much point in re-registering just yet, I have checked and the exchange I am connected to is not yet enable for Sky Broadband or whatever ISP Sky bought to supply Broadband..

I had a similar problem. Registered a few times on internet (inc. day lof launch) and on the phone.
Finally spoke to customer services on Tuesday and spoke to a manager who generated a URN on the spot. This is what's needed to allow the whole order process to begin, router to be sent out etc. Saying that, my exchange is ready for the 16Mb link.
God knows how long it will take for my line to be activated!
