Re: Introducing Sky Movies Disney – the home of new and classic Disney movies
Please accept my apologies for not answering it suitably. At the moment I haven't heard anything more than everyone else about whether a channel will show these old cartoons.
What may be of interest though is an alternative option:
There are many Disney DVDs being sold cheaply in the shops right now. The collection includes many of the old favourites.
There are box sets available of many of the old shorts, for example:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Walt-Disney-...onald+duck+dvd
The Complete Goofy [DVD]: Amazon.co.uk: Film & TV
Vintage Mickey Mouse Style CD/DVD Visor Organizer: Amazon.co.uk: Car & Motorbike
Looney Tunes - The Complete Golden Collection Volumes 1-6 DVD: Amazon.co.uk: Film & TV
Walt Disney Treasures - Pluto (2 Dvd): Amazon.co.uk: animazione, !!!: Film & TV
I appreciate that they are DVDs and will therefore only be SD quality. I also appreciate that sometimes it is nice to watch what is broadcast on the TV, rather than to spend more money on a DVD collection.
Sadly TV broadcasters do change their line up periodically and there will always be some who would love the previous line up to continue. I could list lots of different UK and US series which were cancelled for different reasons. Perhaps the current status of not showing the older Disney cartoons could be likened to this.

Re: Introducing Sky Movies Disney – the home of new and classic Disney movies
Again, Looney Tunes isn't Disney and I'm talking about Cartoon Series' from the 90s-00s, not classic theatrical cartoons from the 20s-60s.

That is twice in the same thread you accuse me of not answering the question.
I see nothing productive coming from you at all.
The floor is yours, provided that you can give an answer...
