Thanks, maybe the update servers don't know about my sky box yet. It's very new, poor thing.

When I was helping a friend recently we had to connect her STB to the telephone line before the first update would proceed.
Currently it isn't connected but she has received the updates since then.
Hers was installed at the end of August and the Engineer failed to perform the update himself. They should check this when they install the STBs.

i did a forced update last night on my replacement 895 box and the new version / Catch up is now there

I'll try again. I'm definitely connected to the phone, i can view purchasing info for Box Office etc so i must be (no error messages either when booting for not being connected).

I've just run forced update again and it has worked this time.
Looking great, I really like the way they've organised it now.

hi, to all
i have also the new epg to my new amstrad but i have a new very big problem for me
any record i had on my planner, that was before the update or its a new record after the update , there is problem with the subtitles
subtitles always are 1-2 sec forward from the correct time
any idea how to solve it, because i want to believe that i dont have to wait for a new epg!!!
