If sky put each mix up buy £1.00 or over I for one will be cancelling some mixes. They should be reducing the price for the amount of repeates they keep putting on and then moving the same programes to other channels. As for hd while there is a difference its not that great, it depends on ones eyesite and how good there tv is.

i hope sky do away with the 10 sub for hd as im more than happy to move to hd as i have a hd tv already cost 800 its a samsung does full 1080p yee haa my sky box is only a digibox its not sk+ in my bedroom so if my mother got hd and i got hd to it would mean that the sky dish would be full cause hd and + use 2 cables instead of 1

Re: Rumour: Changes to Sky+HD Subscriptions from 1st October 2010
If Sky did do away with the £10 HD sub then I would upgrade by second box (a standard one) in a heart beat because at present I if I wanted a second HD box I would have to pay two £10 HD fees as well as the £10 multiroom sub and that is to much.

Just seen something about this elsewhere apparently the £10 charge for HD is only going to be dropped if you subscribe to Movies or Sports I think also ESPN otherwise the £10 sub will stay

i personnally think espn is a rip off you have to pay for each channel unlike setanta where you got a few of them though correct my mistakes if im wrong on this. if this turns out to be the case where i have to pay for espn and the movies and sports i already have so adding espn may be more

Re: Rumour: Changes to Sky+HD Subscriptions from 1st October 2010
ESPN package is made up of 2/4 channels - ESPNA and ESPN plus each again in HD - so 4 in total. I believe as other forums are stating that Sky make the decisions on what is charged as ESPN probably sell their channel to Sky for a fixed fee.
On Setanta I Paid £13 and got 2 Setanta channels and NASN plus some boring Horse racing and Arsenal Celtic tv - so basically IMO was paying more for what I believed was less... ESPN have better sports and HD for a lesser price.
