Re: Sky Launches New Up To 20Mb Broadband Product
Does anyone know when in September, the (in my case) £15 down to £12.50 pricing is supposed to kick in?. Had my monthly bill on the 3rd (as usual around this date), and same old price, plus the £1 tv sub increase of course (they made sure that got in on time).

Re: Sky Launches New Up To 20Mb Broadband Product
They increased mine by £2.50 on the 1st. But that was an increase, which they always seem to apply on time. Has anyone found out if they are actually going to reduce the cost without signing a new contract? Increasing without agreeing to a new contract and not doing the same for a decrease seems a bit off.

Re: Sky Launches New Up To 20Mb Broadband Product
Well, rang sky this afternoon. The only way they said I could have it for £12.50, was to take out a new 12 month contract. It is a good service, so I opted for it. Just wish I'd known back in June that I'd have no other choice (to get the cheaper deal), and would have done it back then. Couldnt find the letter I got about changing early, as I'm sure that at least implied after September, a contract renewal was not needed.
