Re: Sky will be looking to run trials of fibre-optic broadband
@thomasjc1
whats also intersting is i just realised that the list for your exchange only goes up to P14, so either your exchange covers a prety small area compared to some or you are very lucky in that only a small percentage of your exchange is planned for this year and you are the last cab for that area
@Angel_Rex
Filter the list to show your post code, use caps and no space unless change the argument from = to includes ignoring case, this will then list any cab numbers that supply lines to that post code, the sau_node_id column will list {sau id}{P*} the P* being the cab numbers, unfortunately the only way to know where they are is to go out there and look for them tho and hope they still have the numbers printed on them

Re: Sky will be looking to run trials of fibre-optic broadband
when you have found the standard bt numbered pcp cab for your line what you are looking for is a large new green metal cab next or somewhere near to it that is the FTTC cab and has air vents on the front as in this pic (pic courtesy of a google image search)
when your exchange is 'accepting orders' and you have 1 of these new FTTC cabs near your normal numbered cab then your good to go

Re: Sky will be looking to run trials of fibre-optic broadband
Do you mean for Infinity or Sky ? If the latter good old B.T./Openreach has one last ace card to play in order to prevent your order from going through, I know because it has happened to me.
They can "forget " to announce that fibre is ready to be used by competitors. This puts a 6-8 week delay in the loop while applications to use it etc. go through.
One week gone and counting.
