Broadband Activation Fee - May 2008
Unofficial
To ensure Sky continues to remain competitive within the marketplace the business is introducing a change to Sky Broadband Pricing for Existing customers which will take effect from 7th May 2008. Online sales will not be affected until the 13th May 2008.
1. The pricing changes aim to simplify product pricing and provide customers with greater savings on specific combinations of our products
2. As per Sky's current pricing, customers will continue to receive pricing discounts linked to the number of products the customer decides to take
Sky Broadband Pricing Changes
1. Where Broadband is bought on the same call as a TV hardware product the Broadband Activation Fee is waived. (Broadband Engineer installation charges, if requested by the customer, still apply £50)
2. Any customer that has Talk on their account or has a pending Talk order qualifies for the reduced BB&TALK Activation
3. There is no change to pricing for customers who complete their sale on-line until 13th May 2008
With thanks to our source.
We do have a Sky branded PDF of this information, but thought it was best not to publish it.Last edited by NewsreadeR; 06-05-08 at 04:03 AM.
