Re: Sky Achieve 76 per cent customer satisfaction
On reading this site, I am truly amazed how sky got more than 10%. They do not even have a Customer Service department. Uswitch reputation is not overly good but Sky must have paid them a few back handers to get that result.

Re: Sky Achieve 76 per cent customer satisfaction
I shall never forgive Sky for 8 weeks without broadband, endless phone calls to Asian? people who could neither speak or understand english correctly. In addition having to have the phone line proved OK at my expense in order to convince them I really did need a new Sky box, which could have arrived a long time before it did. Based on my experience I don't believe 76%, 7.6% I would.
