      Exclamation Sky movies - volume

Has anyone else noted the lack of volume on Sky Movie channels?

We end up having to increase the volume level to near half way across the on screen volume slider bar.

This is not a recent development as its been like this for months and months now.

Only affects Sky Movie channels - all others are fine.

I can't say I have noticed this although I do usually find myself turning up the volume when watching any channel through Sky.

      Re: Sky movies - volume

I have the same problem with reduced volume on a few of the movie channels. The adverts are fine. I spoke to an engineer and he said thats the way it is, but speaking to someone with the same problem, he said that it was a fault and the engineer said that the channels were not tuned in properly. The engineer tuned them in and its been ok since. Anyone know how to fine tune the channels in?
