      Sky box office help

I think i accidentally purchased a movie on sky box office lol.

i was flickering through movies. Then selected one of the sky box office movie. Then it said "press select to order or R to record"
I press select then it says checking purchase information. Then I press select. Then it goes in my planner.

it didn't ask for a pin or anything

The sky+ hd box is not connected to a telephone line.

Did I purchase the movie or not ?

      Thanks if anyone can help

You purchased it but you will not be charged until you start to view it. Deleting it from your planner before you watch it should mean you do not have to pay. I find the inclusion of Sky Store programs in the Showcase section extremely annoying, they claim enough of your disk as it is, with including paid for stuff.

I did view it. But after 5-8 mins the film cuts off to a blue screen

Maybe that's because you were not connected to the phone which is used to confirm you have purchased it. Watch you bill.

Providing you have sufficient credit purchases may be recorded on your viewing card and added to your bill sometimes months or even years later when your box is connected to a phone line.

If you use the 'Interactive' section, this process will be sped up.

It is possible to check to see whether you have been charged before the next bill, but obviously you do want to be sure that there isn't anything hidden in your viewing card's memory first. I would suggest trying the above procedure, then check you account (My Sky page) in a few days.
