      Sky Box Office?

I've never used the Box Office service before but there is a film on there I am interested in watching. Could anyone tell me what the price is likely to be? I heard it was around 3-4 is this correct?

Also, if a film is shown on Box Office at the moment, How long does it usually take until it is shown on the Premiere movie channel? I'm just wondering if it might be worth me just waiting a little longer to see it.

The price to order a film off Sky Box Office costs roughly about 4.00

3.99 through your remote - 4.99 through your telephone. The time it takes before hiiting the movie channels all depends on the film and listings at the time.

Can you expand on that as I understood that the box holds a credit limit and therefore the purchase via remote is instant unless your credit limit has been reached. Every so often, the box will dial out to sky and upload details of what you have ordered so that it is added to your bill and at that point your box is re-set back to the full credit limit available (I have no idea what the actual credit limit is tho).

      Hi reddwarfcrew.

The time a Sky Box Office Movie is shown and to the time it is shown on our Movie channels depends on the the movie and the listings scheduled. The credit limits on your viewing card have nothing to do with this. Credit limits are limits on how much you want to spend each month on SBO/Events. There is a 1 admin fee for booking over the telephone.

      Re: Sky Box Office?

Yep there is defo a customer chosen credit limit, but i believed there is a box limit as well.

The box does not dial out each time you book a movie thru the remote so it needs an inbuilt limit to prevent customers from always ordering films and then removing the phone line so it doesn't dial out and upload the data.

I must be wrong on this.

iirc it was quite high, as in 50 events or similar.

      Re: Sky Box Office?

We do a callback on the viewing card each and every month. The exact time varies. I'm sure the default = 35 Per Month.
