      Sky+HD Recording Playback

      Hi,

      Quick question for the forum - after getting the recent update to the new Sky firmware, we've been having major problems with our STB. Everything works in terms of recording, watching TV, until we try watching recordings.

      Basically, from the planner, probably a couple of times a day, when we start trying to watch a recording, we get left with a blank screen, apart from the mini TV view in the top right hand corner. All we can do after that is restart the box. Once the box is restarted, we can usually watch the recording, but frequently the same thing happens when we try the next recording. Really frustrating.

      We've rebuilt the planner, but same thing happens. I don't want to do a full reset, as there are some programmes recorded I've not watched yet, which aren't available on demand.

      For info, it's an Amstrad box

      Anyone else having the same issues, or any suggestions?

      Try emptying the deleted item folder then performing another planner rebuild.
