What is with the EPG today? There's a lot of channels doubled up…

Mine's ok.

I've never seen it happen before in the EPG but it has a few times in my favourites list.
A planner rebuild always fixes it.

I presume you mean like:
104 channel 4
104 channel 4
105 channel 5
105 channel 5
Etc...

Or is it duplicate reminders / recordings in the planner?

Just noticed last night in the .62 that New and Recommended has been renamed 'Top picks', copying Netflix there.
Still Im happy that New and recommended are still there as I use them a lot.
Top picks is just showcase renamed and mostly full of sky movies that I do not subscribe to, what a turn off!

I also now have;

Gateway sgw (same as before)
DRM Enabled true (was false)
Secure Channel NOT ESTABLISHED (4) (same as before)

No one outside the development team who knows is saying anything and the developers are most certainly keeping quiet at this time.

There are a few ideas circulating, but these are all guess work. I suspect that there is a new service being developed and tested. However it could be a year or more befre it gets rolled out.

For the time being we are all in the dark.

It was duplicate channels on the EPG itself. Two BBC2s and several other channels, Atlantic, Living, Movies4Men. Had to power down the box to see and it cleared itself. I've never seen so many bugs with this R11 software series between both 890 and 895 boxes.

Plus some of my series links are disappearing and not holding for entire series. Including some News channels. Some hold for just day to day and have to keep setting each day/night. It used to have a popup for two options. Yet a reminder on the same channel after that programme is holding. While others do not. Even for the same channel. :s

'Smart' series link is & always has been borked, plobbled, plooped & flambered.

That's not a box issue though, more a sky issue.
Which to be honest, is getting boring now.
Sort it out sky.

Duplicate channels in the EPG is a new one for me.

Small update needed to your firmware table, as recently updated my Amstrad DRX595 Sky HD STB box from R011.075.46.00P to R011.075.59.00P firmware release as it is now available on the DR Stream.

I believe this firmware came on the DR Stream on 8/6/15 and roll out commenced on 21/5/15.

Another update needed to your firmware table, as yesterday my Amstrad DRX895 Sky+ HD STB box updated itself from R011.075.62.00P to R011.075.63.00P firmware release. I do not know what this update has introduced or fixed.

My DRX890 also updated to .63.
