Yes, mine has been updated now.
Anything new? as the DRX890 was not one of those suffering from any of the hanging probs as far as I can see. Mine has been faultless.

The 'no listings available' / slow EPG issue, along with associated loss of series links did affect many DRX890's.

Mine had a kind of minor version of the affliction whereby 'no listings' would often flash up for a split second.
My only series link problems have been down to the fact that the new 'smart' series link feature isn't actually very smart.

Standby mode has always been set to eco on mine though & so may have masked the problem.

There have been quite a few reports of STBs locking up too across the Sky customer base.

Hopefully these firmware updates have address the issues, but please report any issues in the appropriate threads on here if you experience anything.

I forced the update today and now my 870 is sluggish and slow to respond to button presses.

I will do a planner rebuild if it continues.

My samsung galaxy mega 6.3 that was not sending photos via the sky+ app to the sky box. Is now working fine.
So something got fixed for me
It worked before on my iPad and other samsung devices, but not my mega, so happy now.
I did have an email conversation a while back with the sky app team on this not working on my phone, so looks like they listened.

I never saw any of those 'no listings' problems and my smart series link has been working fine, the recent gadget show was the last one a week back that got added.

This update also turned on the eco mode, which I had turned off.

Ah ok.

My DRX890 was a little sluggish immediately after the update but i'm sure that's quite normal.
It's fine now.
The DRX780's are quite old now & so that may have been a different matter.

Mine does seem to have woken up now too.
