DRX890 glitching on playback?
Hi, I recently got an Amstrad HD installed, things are going great - I love the anytime+.
However, occasionally when I am playing back a recording there is a bit of a glitch - a squeeky nose - some freezing & blocky screen.
However I can rewind and playback again and it is OK there.
Can someone advise what the problem and resolution may be please?
Thank you.

I get this occasionally too. I think that it is a firmware thing.

Re: DRX890 glitching on playback?
Oh dear.. I wonder if there would be any point in contacting sky about it?
I'll see how I go and how often it happens before I do.

Is this on normal recordings off sky or just anytime+ recordings?

Re: DRX890 glitching on playback?
It may just be anytime+, I'll try and keep an eye out.
At the moment I'm watching an AT+ weeds and there is an occasional clicking in the background.
I need to wait until my MKV enclosure has finished file copying before I can disconnect it to ensure its not that causing it.

Having watched a few more programs, recordings are fine - anytime+ downloads are the ones that are like this.
It seems its not just me also. http://www.skyuser.co.uk/forum/sky-a...k-anytime.html
