      First class service

      recently bought an extra hd box and when i got home i plugged it in and couldnt get signal on bbc1 ch5 bbc hd and few others, some channels broke up and went on and off

      i rang sky and they took me through a few things to try but nothing worked, the woman on the end of the phone transferred me to technical department who said they would have to send me an engineer out to sort the problems and it would cost me 65 at whicjh point i said it doesnt matter as i only wanted bbc hd and ill just plug my sky plus box back in

      technical department then said ohh well we will send the engineer for free, he came today and put up a new dish, new wires and gave me a brand new hd box!!! so i am very pleased with the service

      the new box is a pace and has the new epg too!!!

      i have been with them since 1984!!! and have phone,net,multiroom so i suppose it was to keep my cutom

      usually existing customers get a bad deal so it makes a change

      hey you done really well . just be carefull that there dont charge you for it all . you get one on phone saying you get it free and when the bill comes there screw you

      (sky not the brightest in the world )
      samsung sky hd 973004(upgraded 500gb) also pace sky hd 9F3004. fitted with a 65cm triax solid dish.
      SAMSUNG PS50B450 50" plasma tv.
