Frozen Image

Hi

Have had our SkyHD box for about 18months and this is a new problem. It only happens on programmes recorded on HD channels - when they are played back the image is frozen on whatever the last image was on the screen prior to going onto the planner - I can hear the audio of the recorded proramme clearly and then when I fast forward the image of the programme recorded appears. Then when I stop it freezes again and the audio continues.

Have you got any ideas of what I should do or do I have to phone the Sky peeps?

If I do can anyone suggest a tel. number that won't leave me "Hangin on the telephone" for a week.

Have you upgraded the power supply?

This happens to me occasionally. I will just reboot and it won't happen again for weeks.
