You are offline. The service is unavailable or your connection has a problem
Having trouble with Sky Anytime.
I've registered and all that, got new media player etc.
When I try to log in, I either get the above error message or, curiously, it says I'm online and must login to get full content. When I, again, login I get the error message.
I'm using Norton Security, but had it in "learn" mode when installing.
Any ideas ???

Re: You are offline. The service is unavailable or your connection has a problem
I get the message "Sky Anytime requires an active intenet connection the very first time it is run, Please connect to the internet and try Sky Anytime again."
I have try changing setting in Norton but no joy, This appears to be a common problem as it is listed in the FAQ with Sky Anytime, but I cannot find a sollution.
Do I have to be with Sky Broadband, as I was under the impression any provider would work?
Any assistance greatly appreciated.
