      Error Code 34

Installed Sky Anytime on my ACER Laptop and can login to the application, can play football clips, but if I try to download comes back with error code 34.
Sky said to uninstall the app and re-install.
Have done this, but still get the same error.
Anyone else had this and found a way to fix it?

Finally, its taken me long enought, but I've got some sense off Sky Technical department on this. Was sent an email on various things to try and it ended up being the firewall was blocking the delivery manager. I use ZoneAlarm and for some reason I had an X next to the server for Delivery Manager.

      From SKY Tech:
This error can be caused by your firewall or internet security software blocking the "Delivery Manager" which enables video content download and distribution. To address this, you must open your firewall or internet security software, and ensure that the following programs are allowed or permitted to access the internet: Sky Anytime on PC, Delivery Manager (also called KService.exe or Kontiki Delivery Manager).
