      That's exactly your problem. You must have the available packages in your profile to be able to download from anytime. I suppose it is to stop you having access to programs that you are not subscribed to.

      Is it possible for Sky to delete your account so that you can set it up again?

      sky anytime

      I downloaded anytime logged in have windows mediav11 anytime wont work with it tried to uninstall nightmare gave up in end

      Have had the same problems as well.

      Emailed Sky a few times and have just not got anywhere. They just send me the same email telling me to register for Sky Anytime.

      On my last email, I asked them actually to read my email and answert the specific points.

      As I expected no reply at all.

      Absolutely hopeless.

      This whole affair and the ianbility to get my email working correctly has seriously clouded my view of Sky.

      I suggested deleting the account to the Sky.com registration team and they said it wasn't possible for them to remove my online account completely from the database. They have raised another ticket with the developers to fix my online account.

      If anyone else is having a similar problem the phone number for the online registrations team is 08706 091 357

      Hey guys i had the same problem in my account up until 10 minutes ago i went into my sky account, then basically removed the anytime service from my account then added it again, when i logged back in BANG there was the download button.

      Hope this works for you :P

      No expert but I had thsi problem , ensure that you are using the correct version of Internet Explorer and not any other weeb browser such as Mozilla.

      I has similar issues, all resolved now.

      I had to log into my Sky user profile, and update some info. Checked that all the movies sports etc were showing (or whatever package your on) then added Anytime.

      Loaded the software, and the download button was then showing.

      Have now watched 4 films.

      Another case of Sky having a great service - if you can get it working.

      Also phone them if you have problems : a helpful woman talked me through some of things and got it working ok with me over the phone.

      hey guys, i also have the problem with the download button not appearing and wasnt sure about what Leenug was talking about when he said that you basically removed the anytime service from my account then added it again,

      SKY are useless !!!

      Since Sky ANytime was launched, I have NEVER been able to download a single thing.

      I have Sky World, (Always have done) and Sky HD.

      When I log into Sky anytime there is no sign of a download button any where on the site. Plenty of Pay per view and Buy to own.

      All I get is "Upgrade to get this"

      What can I upgrade to ??? Virgin TV ???

      I have spoke to sky several times but they are not bothered, "We will pass it on to our Tecnical Guys" Have been waiting months.

      Won't be waiting much longer.
