Sky Go Android Customer Trial - Sky Community

We’re on the lookout for keen users who regularly watch Sky Go using an Android device to trial out a new version of the app.

What's to be trialed?
The new app has a brand new code base and other under-the-bonnet changes. You shouldn't notice a difference between the look and feel of the new trial version and the existing version of Sky Go on Android. The trial is set to last a few weeks.

Requirements
All you have to do is to install the app via Hockey App, and use it as you normally would use Sky Go. Maybe watch the latest box set, the big match or Grand Prix or a classic blockbuster from your past?

There will be tasks, surveys and polls to complete. As well as facility to report faults. You'll also get the chance to interact with your fellow trialists in a private area of the community.

Sky Go Android Customer Trial - Sky Community

I did have Sky Go on my Android box but got bored of the system issues with pausing or buffering so "upgraded" to Openelec.

Sky should create a Sky Go or Now TV add-on for XBMC/KODI to really jump ahead of the pirate competition. As long as they can maintain DRM protection of course!

Really enjoyed the last Android trial, it so much improved on Android now, so anything new is welcome.
It works great on my Samsung mega phone, probably watch as much sport on there as I do on my sky box. Roll on the summer sitting in the garden watching sky go
I use sky go on iOS and Android, so have sent off to join the new android trial as the last android one was a lot of fun.
