      Issue affecting Sky Go service

      Regrettably due to an ongoing technical issue we are currently only able to offer 18 live channels to view in the Sky Go app. We are continuing to do our utmost to bring you the full range of live channels as soon as we can but please accept our sincerest apologies for any disruption being caused to your viewing in the meantime. On Demand and Sky Go Extra Downloads are not affected and can be viewed as normal.

      Once again, we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing and we thank you for your patience during this time.

      Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
      Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

      Quick update: This is just with the iOS platforms and should be resolved later tonight.

      Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
