It depends on what connections your laptop and TV have. If you are lucky your TV will have a VGA input. If it has all you need is a VGA cable like this - [ame=http://www.amazon.co.uk/TRIXES-Metre-Black-Laptop-Monitor/dp/B005049Q9M/ref=pd_cp_ce_1]TRIXES VGA Male to Male 5 Metre Black Cable for PC: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics[/ame]

Other options include the HDMI output (if your Laptop & TV support these) or a S-VHS socket.

If your TV doesn't have an S-VHS connection, but your Laptop does, don't worry:

SCART to Phono + SVHS Adapter : SCART : Maplin Electronics

      S-VHS Lead : Video : Maplin Electronics

      As for the sound:

Twin Phono to 3.5mm Stereo Jack Lead : 3.5mm : Maplin Electronics

Please note: The HDMI connection on some older Laptops may only carry the video and not the sound. If this is the case, then the above lead will resolve the issue. Also the VGA lead doesn't carry sound either.

Once connected, you'll need to configure the TV as a 2nd Monitor on the Laptop.

The links above are to demonstrate the required cables & connector. There are more expensive and cheaper products available elsewhere on other sites or in other high street shops.

Personally I would suggest that it might be worth thinking about getting a Multi-room STB as not all channels are available on Sky Go and in some cases specific shows are not available live either.

Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms
