      SkyGo question

      Hi,

When I look at the Sky site it looks like the only thing you can actually watch on your phone are sport channels?

To watch movies you can only use a laptop?

      Is this correct?

      Thanks

      Re: SkyGo question

It looks like it. This page says entertainment and movies only available on the laptop -
'Content only available online on your laptop(PC/Mac)'
What's on Sky Go - What you can watch on Sky Go

      Re: SkyGo question

      pfffff that sucks!

What's the point of watching movies on your laptop/pc? I have a 50" tv for that. I rather watch a movie on my phone when I am either on the train or somewhere remote.........

I was looking forward to SkyGo, but it turns out to be rubbish!

I suppose it allows someone to watch a program without interfering with the main TV viewing. Laptops also have WiFi so in theory you can watch anywhere you get a connection. As for watching on a phone, I can't imagine watching a film like Avatar on a 3 inch screen, but it would be useful for keeping up with sports events when you are on the go.
      If you have Sky Sports

      Re: SkyGo question

My phone screen is 4", I wouldn't mind watching a movie on that.

As for sky sports..........yes I have that, but only because I wanted the 3D channel. So basically I am paying a lot extra for just one channel
