I have just managed to finally set up a Sky ID and register for Sky Go. I have paid my monthly ticket subscription and can now watch Sky programmes on my TV - all that's good.

However, I have now tried to access Manage My Account on the Skygo.com website and it asks that I verify my Sky ID - I enter all the relevant information in but it keeps saying that it is unable to identify my account with the details provided - why is this happening?

At the top of the screen it says Welcome Angela so it obviously know who I am.

I find this totally frustrating that I cannot even email Sky to ask for help without verifying this ID - which I can't do!

Can anyone shed any light on this and help me before I have to phone them AGAIN.
