    Skyplayer on laptop

      Skyplayer on laptop

      virtually everytime i use skyplayer on my ID on my laptop it seems to register it as a new device and now i have ran out of changes. i just spent almost 10 trying to get through by phonebox as i do not have a landline and they said they would ring back. How can i resolve this online support is rubbish and no email contact. for 50 a month it is disgraceful the support that online customers get.

      anysuggestions.

      I find if its NOT showing as a registered device, log out log back in and it works fine. clear history has also helped.

      I have done this since the 1st time it happened and the above sorts it.
