Full Screen Mode can't get rid of banner

I posted this on the Sky Blog/Forum help site but will post it here as well incase anyone else has the same problem.

When watching a live channel via the Sky Player I can not get rid of the banner when in full screen mode. It is fine in the standard size but not the bigger screen. This is happening on both my computers so it is a bit annoying as the only way to get rid of it is to reduce the picture back to the normal size.

sorry I may have misinformed you , I thought you meant the black bars at top and bottom of screen but if you mean the onscreen tv guide banner then it should disappear when you move your mouse pointer to the side of the screen about half way up your monitor.

Such a simple solution, cheers again. I don't know how I didn't work that out. Wonder why it never goes anywhere else.
