watching Strike Back on Sky Player

Can anyone help me please?!

I am trying to watch Chris Ryan's Strike Back on Sky Player but when I sign in to watch the episode the following message comes up:
"To watch this you either need to make a payment or upgrade your Sky TV subscription. Go to Sky Player for options"
When I click on the button "purchase/upgrade through sky player" I go through to another screen but there is nothing on there that prompts me to purchase or upgrade anything just the details of the episode. I have a valid payment account and upgraded all the windows media and flash software but still get stuck.

In fact I don't know why this is happening as last Monday 31/05/10 it was all just there and we watched the first four episodes without issue (and boy am I kicking myself for not downloading the final two episode then!)

Any ideas would be welcome!

Do you take Sky TV because you should be able to watch it for free until June 14:

Sky Player

If not, try it with a different browzer.
