      Problem with registered devices

      Ok, so problem goes like this

      I have three laptops registered to use sky player (two personal laptops and my parents laptop).

      When trying to use sky player I am getting the error message that says "cannot watch SKY player on this computer as you have already made a change to our registered devices this month. You can only change our your registered devices, or make adifferent computer your main computer, once a month. [c:1102] [s:267].

      When I check my registered devices I see a message saying that this device is not registered.

      In the section that displays the currently registered devices I can see three devices - the three that I have used!!!!!!!!!!

      Can anone advise on whether the registered devices are based on the public ip address range that the ISP assigns, or the MAC address of the device?

      I am having the same problem as goose, my main computer is no longer registered as the main one since this website change.

      I had the same problem last week (after the website revamp). Had to phone them up and get my account re-set.

      Emailed sky (was a struggle to find a "contact us", but got there in the end) and had it fixed within about two hours, happy days.

      I have dropped them a line as well, hopefully they can sort mine as well although as I said in a different thread my computer was listed twice since this website change.

      Edit - They reset my account within 30 minutes, that is pretty good going and the quickest reply I have ever had from them.
