When you sign up for Sky Player you agree to this. But no one reads the small print

You are fortunate to be on Unlimited as anyone on Everyday will have their allowance eaten up if this is counted against your allowance.

Note - When downloading always select the Custom install or you will end up with stuff you don't want.

      Re: Unauthorised Downloads

That is by your choice. Those on Everyday who do not make a lot of use of their allowance are having it artificially inflated and possibly forced to upgrade.

Is there any way to stop this? So annoying!! Not remotely interested in what gets downlaoded, and the speed of my Atom based box is really compromised!

Remove the software and don't use the service I guess is the only way.

I would love the "misfortune" of being able to get the unlimited package. I'd happily pay the extra money to get off of the Connect package, but that's all they offer where I live.
      Peak usage speed test
