      Sky Player subscription message!

      Hello guys.

      Ok, so to explain...

I have a Full Sky+ HD package AND a Multi Room package in my house.

When I try to use the Sky Player from my PC, it says I need to upgrade my subscription.

I contacted Sky about this, but they said I needed to 'upgrade my subscription'. They said it wont charge me for anything, just it'll ask me for date of birth etc..

I cannot see how to do this online.

Could some one please help me with this. I just want to use the Sky Player for my PC!!

      Cheers

Sorry for the double post, but I've just seen this on the Sky site

Discover new gems and old favourites on Sky's amazing world of great TV entertainment. You can then upgrade your Sky TV online - just fill in a few details to help us match you with your account.

When I try to click the upgrade link, it says it's currently down. Maybe this is the link I need to use? I guess I'll just have to wait for it to come back up and find out.
