      I assume you mean that you want to use your x-box on Sky Player via your mums account but when you are at your dad's house.

      This should not be a problem, my nephew uses his laptop at Uni via Skyplayer on my account.

      She won't get charged double and certainly not prosecuted.

      will it cost 10 a month for only the Live channels. or for all of them ? because of multiroom

      depends on whether you are an existing sky customer or not. I'm not and it costs me 15/month for the entertainment package which has 27 (at the moment) live channels plus selected on demand programmes. That's the most basic package there is if you want live channels.
