Delivery Manager Problem
I have been using sky player without any problems for almost a year on a laptop running windows vista home premium, but for the last month the sky player program has not been working therefore I cant watch it anywhere else as well.
When I try to load it a popup says that delivery manager is not working and asks me to look for a solution which does not work either. I try the debug option also and it doesnt work and just says retry which freezes the window.
I have reinstalled it a few times and used kclean for the other stuff but nothing works.
I have looked for ages online and can't find a solution, can anybody help?
Thanks.

Re: Delivery Manager Problem
In the Task Manager, go to the processes tab and look for these in the list:
KService.exe or KHost.exe

Re: Delivery Manager Problem
i also get the same message but for whatever reason the sky player still works for watching live channels and streaming other programs (i haven't tried downloading and i don't really have any need to). if i use Kclean to get rid of the kontiki software, (that was installed with sky player without any warning or informing me
) will i still be able to use sky player to stream programs and live tv? thanks

Re: Delivery Manager Problem
If you uninstall sky player it will also get rid of kontiki. You can watch streams in your browser on skyplayer.sky.com without it being installed. The installed bit is only needed for downloads.
