      Sky Player Computer Registration

      Hi,

I use sky player on my laptop for when i am atw ork for football and movies, until recently myself anf my gf have had two different profiles set up on the laptop we share, but i decided to delete my profile, which is the one that used sky player. Now when i try to use sky player it says this computer is not registered, but it is the same laptop i have been using to watch things on before on my profile, i understand that the licence may have been saved onto my profile and was wondering if there is anyway of being able to change it or get it sorted so i can watch sky sports and the movie channels as i am working next wednesday and want to watch the World cup qualifier between scotland and holland.

      Thankyou for your help guys.

      Re: Sky Player Computer Registration

If you go to http://skyplayer.sky.com, then Accounts & Settings (sign in), then Registered Computers you should be able to remove the other profile. If you've already changed that too many times you might have to contact Sky to get them to do it for you instead.
