Why cant I watch any of the kids channels on anytime?

Opps error in title i meant sky player not sky anytime.

I have the relevent subscription at home and can watch them through the sky box, but when i goto watch them on sky player on my pc which is the main and only registered pc for my account, it says i need to suscribe to the relevant pack.

I can watch the live movie channels fine so why not the kids?

You need to be a Multiroom customer or have Sky Broadband Max to be able to watch the live channels on the Sky Player. Or you can subscribe to Sky Player Multiroom for £9.75 then you will be able to watch the same channels as per your TV package.

Would be on the max package if I could, but Im paying alot more for the connect package, reckon i should be entitled to it but hey ho aint that bothered, just thought it keep the kids quiet when im watching tv lol.
