Sky Player is down - wheres my cricket!!!

Hi All

I have just spent 15 tedious minutes on hold to be told that sky player for live tv is down. They know it is, so hopefully it will be back in time for the cricket

I asked them for a refund as the service is unavailable, the nice lady on the phone said sure, please phone back once its up to work something out. Lets see how good they are with that.

BTW, they are very lazy and have not updated their on-screen prompts. The support line is not as listed, it is 0844 24 11 599

I see we've got a very unhelpful message "Unable to view channel. Please try later.

I normally avoid Sky at all costs, but decided to take out a subscription just for one month, purely for the cricket.
