sky player help

hi i forgot to record 1 episode of the take and im trying to watch it on sky player but when i try to sign in its saying too many changes on client pc does anyone know how to sort this problem or whats causing it thanx

Have you made any upgrades to your PC recently? If so this is why.

There is another thread with a link to remove your existing PC from SkyPlayer and then add another one which should do the trick.

Remove the old one before upgrade and then insert the current one now it has been upgraded.

ive changed my security software which may have caused it also i tried connecting my laptop to my tv via the hdmi cable but there was no sound on the tv only the laptop do you know how to fix that sorry for being such a nob thanx
