      Sky Player - no download or play link after logging in

      Hi All,

      I am trying to watch season 5 of Lost on Sky player, after logging in there is no 'play' link or 'download' link.

      Trawling all over the internet to see if any others have had this problem and cant find any help apart from sky website saying if there is no download link then you might not have the correct sky mix to view. however i subscribe to all channels and can view all other sky player content fine.

      Have attached a screen print to show what I mean

      Any one got any help/advice/similar problems?

      You should be able to watch it if you meet these conditions:

      FREE for Sky customers with Variety Pack. Don't miss a single episode!


      I have a download link - all I did was:

      1) Went here: https://skyplayer.sky.com/vod/page/home.do?l=l

      2) Clicker on New! Lost Season 5 on the left hand side

      3) Click Watch Now

      4) Clicked on the link Ep 1 Because you Left

      5) The download showed as per picture

      You could try giving the Sky Player team a call? 08442 411 599
